This was perhaps the best sel-guided tour we bought while in vacation in Italy. It was easy to find out ticket holders. Additionally, they helped with downloading the app so that we could listen to the audio guide while we studied the art and sculptures. Everything went smoothly.★

The tour guide was very friendly and knew a lot about Florence. She was able to share a lot of information about the David statue.
At the beginning of the tour she spent too much time giving us advice on which bathrooms to use. More information on the city would have been preferred. ★
