Please don’t forget to take photo of your card as you can’t enter the attraction without the card but maybe still can enter if you have the barcode of the card. I left mine in the hotel in Myeongdong and just realized when I was in Coex Aquarium:”) . Also don’t put it in the pocket with heater as it will bend. Overall very worth the price and experience.

Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport! Highly recommended! It frees up your hands from carrying so many bags.
