How to use
Please arrive at the venue counter half an hour before the show starts and present your Trip.com booking QR code, booker's name, and booking number to exchange for a physical ticket for entry on the day.
Admission time: Daily matinee at 10:30 and evening show at 16:30 (Japan time)
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Tickets are required for ages 4 and above. Children under 4 can watch for free if seated on an adult's lap.
· Drinking water is allowed during the performance, but eating is prohibited (food and drinks are permitted outside performance times).
Recording and videotaping during the performance are prohibited.
· Please turn off your mobile phone and smartphone.
Resale of admission tickets is prohibited.
· Ticket holders can re-enter during the purchased time slot of the performance.
· The performance is in Japanese. English translation devices are available for an additional fee.
