- For the Walking Tour: meet at Seoul Station before 09:00 AM.

- For the Bus Tour: meet at Myeongdong Travel Center (voco Seoul Myeongdong, 1F) before 09:00 AM.

- Show your reservation and begin your day exploring Incheon.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
