The overall experience was excellent, with a well-planned and comprehensive itinerary. The tour guide was highly professional, managing the pace of the entire trip exceptionally well, with each activity seamlessly connected, making the trip feel fulfilling without being rushed.
Although the overall journey was relatively long, the tour guide arranged appropriate rest stops along the way, and the onboard commentary was lively and engaging. They even thoughtfully provided small candies, adding a lot of emotional value and making the entire journey more relaxed and enjoyable. The overall experience was very comfortable and professional.
We were also very lucky to see snow monkeys bathing in the hot springs. I heard that this isn't a guaranteed sight, so seeing them was a real surprise and made the trip even more memorable.
In short, this is a very professional and enjoyable product; both the itinerary and the team service are highly recommended.★

I went on the 24/02 tour and found the overall exspeince really enjoyable, fun and good value for money. The pick up point was easy to find and our guide was easy to identify. The started a nice I production. to the Zenkoji temple with a nice balance of information about the area which was balanced nicely with free time to explore the temple complex. The Sake tasting trip was a nice touch, and there was no hard sale and no pressure tl buy items rather it was a nice opportunity to exsperience award winning sake. Lunch was at really nice restraunt that set up to look like a traditional Japanese building. Food was good quality of traditional Japanese food. The afternoon was spent walking to see the snow monkeys. We were lucky the path wasn't that icey which made the walk nice. The monkeys were in the Onsen so was able to get some nice action shots. I was able to enjoyed the tour as the guides ran the day really smoothly and were approachable and helpful if you had questions.★

I think this is a place worth visiting. The snack shops near Ena Gorge have incredibly delicious strawberries, only 1000 yen a bag. The strawberry flavor is exceptionally sweet; in Nagoya, a bag of strawberries would cost at least 1500 yen. The roasted sweet potatoes are also delicious. Tsumarajuku is truly beautiful, perfect for taking photos.★

There are not many team personnel, the Coster 18 is equipped, the driving is smooth along the way, the Chinese driver and the tour guide are equipped, and the tour guide to the attractions is very comprehensively introduced the classic characteristics, play time and meeting place. Very satisfied with a play experience, the upper highlands is really worth a visit.
