The overall experience was excellent, with a well-planned and comprehensive itinerary. The tour guide was highly professional, managing the pace of the entire trip exceptionally well, with each activity seamlessly connected, making the trip feel fulfilling without being rushed.
Although the overall journey was relatively long, the tour guide arranged appropriate rest stops along the way, and the onboard commentary was lively and engaging. They even thoughtfully provided small candies, adding a lot of emotional value and making the entire journey more relaxed and enjoyable. The overall experience was very comfortable and professional.
We were also very lucky to see snow monkeys bathing in the hot springs. I heard that this isn't a guaranteed sight, so seeing them was a real surprise and made the trip even more memorable.
In short, this is a very professional and enjoyable product; both the itinerary and the team service are highly recommended.★

This tour was very well organised with friendly and competent guides. Tom and Graham took fantastic care of us, providing our group with interesting and relevant information whilst ensuring we got the most out of our tour. The lunch was fresh and delicious and the snow monkeys were delightful. Special mention to Tom who personally assisted our elderly mother all the way up the trail so she could see the monkeys. Such kindness and consideration resulted in a very special memory for her and our family. One of the best tours we have ever been on.★

I love the experience of seeing one of Japan's National Treasure - the Inuyama Castle. As far as the tour service is concerned, there was a bit of hiccup in the start because our guide could not find my name on the list of guests. It was also unclear how to visually find the tour guide in the meetup point (ex. Other tours would specify finding a person with a blue flag or a crocodile plushie). Email instruction for the meetup just gave the name and number of the tour guide, which is difficult considering (1) there are many tour guides in the area, (2) not all tour guides are able to speak English even from the same company. Also, I felt that the stay in each destination is kind of rushed, 20 or 30 minutes shorter than how the tour is described in the description. Nonetheless, good experience overall.★

The group was small, and we were given a Coaster 18. The ride was smooth, and we had a Chinese-speaking driver and tour guide. At each attraction, the guide provided a comprehensive introduction to the classic features, tour times, and meeting points. It was a very satisfying tour experience; the Upper Heights are definitely worth a visit.★

The day trip was well-organized, and everyone in the group was punctual. All four attractions on the itinerary were fantastic! Our guide, Guo, was very dedicated and even introduced us to local delicacies… The driver was also very attentive, greeting us every time we got on or off the bus. Thank you, Guide Guo! Thank you, driver! Overall, a fantastic experience, excellent service, and great value for money.
