How to use
To avoid any disruption to your schedule, please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be waited for.
Please indicate your desired schedule in the remarks section when making a reservation.
Please be punctual and wait in the hotel lobby for pickup. The driver will wait up to 20 minutes. No refunds will be issued for missed pickup times.
Pickup details will be confirmed via email after 6:00 PM (GMT+7) one day prior to departure. If you do not receive an email, please contact the customer service center listed on your voucher.
For airport meetings, please provide the airport name, meeting location, flight number, airline, and arrival time.
Insurance does not apply to accidents that occur outside of the tour schedule.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Travel itinerary
- Delays due to traffic congestion are included in your selected rental time.
- When selecting your destination, consider travel time and aim for five destinations within 10 hours (three within 6 hours).
- Sudden changes to the travel destination on the same day (moving to a location other than the pickup location) are not possible.
- The last service operation time is 23:00 Additional charges will apply for service after this time.
- MPV reservations are suitable for four people. If you're bringing a significant amount of luggage and need airport pickup or drop-off, please select a van service.
- Additional charges may apply for areas outside of the main area (e.g. Nonthaburi, near Don Mueang Airport).
- For hotel meetings, please meet in the lobby on the first floor.
- Hotels near Don Mueang Airport are considered a choice for Don Mueang Airport.
Peak season rates
- During peak season, a surcharge of THB 200 per vehicle applies. This fee must be paid directly to the driver.
- Lunar New Year: December 24, 2025 - January 5, 2026
Chinese New Year: February 14-18, 2026
- Songkran: April 13-16, 2026
Airport drop-off
- Don Mueang Airport meeting and transit costs an additional THB300 per vehicle (one way).
Additional rental time
- If you exceed the rental time (THB200/hour), an additional fee will be charged, which must be paid directly to the driver.
Safari World, Muang Boran, Erawan Museum, Thonburi Market
- An additional charge of THB500 per vehicle will be added for visits to nearby areas.
