Harbin Ice and Snow World is generally best viewed at night. The private charter service defaults to 10 hours per day. Overtime fees of 100 CNY per hour will apply for additional hours.
Attractions in the city are scattered, and in cold weather, private charter allows you to hop on and off conveniently, making it easy to warm up in the vehicle anytime.
Private car transfers with flexible timing and adjustable itineraries. English-speaking guides can be booked upon request. For customized routes, please contact our customer service.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 14 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
