Overall, it matched the description. The driver was a woman with excellent driving skills and was very enthusiastic. She even offered to help take photos. I give Ctrip and the driver five stars. The only regret was that some tourists had poor team spirit and were not punctual, arriving 40 minutes late. As a result, the return trip didn't start until 5:10 pm, and the group didn't finish until almost 8 pm when we reached Jiefangbei!

The itinerary was excellent. With transportation, it wasn't tiring at all. Booking this tour was the smartest decision we made when traveling with elderly relatives. We arrived at the cable car early and immediately got a private cabin – all our group members were there, and there was no queue! It covered all of Chongqing's famous attractions, and the 60-minute Jialing Ferry ride was scenic. I was very happy to meet our lovely tour guide, Roland, who provided warm and attentive service to each of us. Everyone in our small group was very friendly; we had many pleasant conversations along the way, and we even met two international friends. It was a very enjoyable day.

As a local guide, he provided professional and engaging explanations of attractions like the Three Natural Bridges and Longshui Gorge, and thoughtfully reminded us of the best routes, photo spots, and precautions, helping us avoid crowds and save time. His service was warm, attentive, patient, and meticulous, proactively looking after everyone in the group, and the itinerary was comfortable and not rushed. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and communication was smooth throughout, making us feel very welcome.
