This was an amazing tour! We were fortunate that our guide , Ruggero Spataro has a passion for history and was able to provide information about the gardens and the papal residency that was so interesting. We are so grateful for this experience! A wonderful guide in a beautiful place!

I had a beautiful afternoon of Kayaking at the majestic Albano lake. Our guide, Simeone was very friendly, patient and conversational. He shared many interesting historical facts to help us understand the history and landscape. Not just that, he went the extra mile and guided me on what else I could explore during my stay, from food to hikes. Thanks to him, I had two additional, enjoyable experiences in Castel Gondolfo and the surrounding area. As an energy healer, I felt at peace and connected to a vastness in and around the lake. Don't miss it. One last thing, the information mentions Pizza with the guide, don't expect anything gourmet. It's more of a snack of traditional Roman Focaccia with simple tomato sauce. It's still good, but I felt it was important to clarify so the description may be misleading for some. On the whole, good communication, helpful, polite and deffo worht the money. I will be back and bring friends too. Hope Simeone is still around when I return.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.
