Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

He speaks very good English, has very good driving abilities, knows the area and placed to visit very well, and posesses extended knowledge of history and culture! Our Nusa Penida tour was absolutely amazing! The beaches on the west side are breathtaking—Crystal Bay, Kelingking Beach, and Broken Beach left a lasting mark in our hearts. The island’s beauty and peaceful atmosphere were a highlight of our Bali trip. A special mention to our driver, who was very friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. He was always helpful, and even took great photos for us at each spot. If I ever come back to Bali, my first stop would definitely be Nusa Penida. Highly recommended for unforgettable scenery and wonderful service

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

It was a day-long guided tour with Gede. Our guide picked us up on time and drove us safely and comfortably to our destination. The day after the rain, the visibility at Tanjung Jepun and the Blue Lagoon was a bit disappointing, but the snorkeling was still enjoyable, and the waterfall was stunning. Traffic was heavy on the way back, but our guide didn't let us down and took us back to our hotel, making for a great end to the tour :)
