The Sandwich Harbour 4x4 Tour is an exceptional option for an approximate 4-5 hour holiday tour. This tour offers an enjoyable and invigorating drive across the dune belt with short stops of approximately 15 to 20 minutes at selected points of interest. These stops include the Walvis Bay Lagoon for flamingo sightings, the Salt Refinery to view the Pink Lake, and areas where various bird and animal life can be observed. The tour also allows for an opportunity to search for the elusive Namib Web-footed Gecko, and if fortunate, one may be spotted.
The majority of the tour is spent inside the 4x4 vehicle, enjoying the spectacular scenery and the thrill of dune driving. Mid-tour, we offer complimentary snacks and drinks to keep guests refreshed and energized.

All vehicles are licensed and certified by the Namibia Tourism Board and have the required public and passenger liability insurance.
