How to use
The usage time is local time.
Valid only on the day of use. Please present your Ctrip order number on your mobile phone to redeem your booked package on the day of use. All packages must be redeemed simultaneously.
The restaurant is located within the airport restricted area. Users must present a valid passport and boarding pass.

Note: Please note that the VIP lounge is located within the airport restricted area. Passengers using the VIP lounge must present a valid boarding pass and passport. Transit passengers must present a boarding pass.
If the lounge is crowded, users may need to queue, and entry may be restricted. In this case, please be patient.
Airline counters will open at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Specific arrangements vary depending on the airport and airline. Please check the airport and airline arrangements before selecting different duration options.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
No alcohol consumption is permitted for those under 18 years of age.
Infants aged 0-2 years must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
Each redemption code can only be used once for the selected set meal.
Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed in the restaurant.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the restaurant.
