Absolutely loved the charm of Chinese paper-cutting! It’s amazing how delicate pieces of paper can turn into such beautiful art. The workshop was fun and hands-on, and the teacher guided us patiently through each step. I loved getting to try it myself and learning about the history behind it. The cozy, traditional studio made the whole experience even more special. A must-try for anyone visiting China!★

The place had such a beautiful, traditional vibe — it really felt like stepping back in time. Our teacher was so patient and told us fun stories about the real Terracotta Warriors while we made our own little clay versions. Everyone had a blast creating, chatting, and taking photos in the ancient-style setting. Such a unique and cultural experience — highly recommend!★

I had a fantastic time with Michael. He was engaging and passionate about Xian as well as the food. We walked through a local market to buy some produce for our cooking and then had the most fun making the noodles and toppings. I especially loved the pig skin jelly and the raw garlic and soy/salt/vinegar/sesame oil sauce! Afterwards, we got to eat everything - it tasted soooo good! Highly recommend this experience!!★

We had a wonderful evening with Amber in the Muslim district. The stops were well chosen, the food authentic and delicious, Amber was welcoming, enthusiastic & very informative. Thank you! Note that the booking process was not helpful and that the tour started 30 min before with a different guide than stated on the info we had received. Amber did get us fully caught up fortunately.
