Our guide, Jens, was very kind, accommodating and helpful. He went over and beyond his duty to guide and assist us, in the snow, to make sure we were safe and enjoyed our time. He never left our side. Our driver (Mr. ?, for gout his name), was equally very kind and accommodating. We felt safe sleeping in the van with him on the wheel. He seemed like a father to us, wanting to provide everything he could for his children. The tour was made more meaningful because of them... and because it ended up like a private tour because the other party didn't show up😊

I went 11.02.2025. The tour was very interesting, learned a lot of new. The places I visited, I will remember for a long time, everything liked, emotions and experiences were a lot. I can definitely recommend this tour.

Tom and Graeme were great. If I could give them a higher score I would. The Snow Monkey Park was the absolute highlight of our day. We lucked out with a couple hundred monkeys running around. We also stopped for a delicious, traditional lunch at a beautiful restaurant in a 150+ year old building. The day was planned well and we had an interesting day. Tom (a retired teacher originally from Canada) spoke perfect english and provided excellent detail on all the sites visited and even helped to explain the various courses at lunch. He kept us entertained during the ride with explanations, fun facts and even a trivia game. Highly recommend this tour with Thomas and Graeme!!


