It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

Had a great day out on the TSS Earnslaw. Arrived at 10.30am for 11am boarding and arrived back about 3pm. Onboard had plenty of areas to sit and was able to move around. Was able to see the steam room for the boat which was amazing! We arrived at the farm/station and debarked the boat. Absolutely beautiful spot, with flowers and buildings along the lake. Signage/instructions was poor: no clear area to head to or where to go so everyone just followed each other, but wasn’t a big deal! The food was a BBQ buffet, beautifully cooked with decent variety. We then were given a short period to explore the farm with beautiful views of the lake. The farm show was a highlight of the trip and was amazing to watch. Would recommend the day for anyone in Queenstown!★
