It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

The shop has excellent reputation. I booked a helicopter tour to Josef Glacier with them, but it was repeatedly delayed due to weather. Not wanting to disrupt my subsequent itinerary, I cancelled. However, refunds for Josef Glacier tours take a long time, so the shop directly advanced the refund to me.
Therefore, when choosing a helicopter tour in Queenstown, I still chose this shop. The entire trip went smoothly, and I was very satisfied.★

Blake is an exceptional guide and safe driver. He is super knowledgeable and has a really lovely cadence which is more storytelling than simply rattling off facts. It’s a long day and a ton of info and he was great at keeping you engaged and the energy up. The tour itself is obviously beautiful and was lucky to get a perfect sunny day. I would just advise grabbing lunch at the Te Anu stop or bringing your own lunch because the food for purchase on the cruise was pretty inedible★

The tour to Glenorchy was great in every way. The sights, tour guide, having a snack prepared for us and wearing a Lord of the Rings costume was real fun. When showing the photographs to others on our tour, some were sorry of being unaware that they could have taken this tour on our 'free' half day.
