How to use

Wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time (as stated on your confirmation voucher). The driver will come to the hotel lobby to find travelers. You can show the confirmation voucher to the driver or ticket office via your mobile device. Once the information is verified, follow the driver to the vehicle. The driver will not proactively contact travelers, so please do not miss the pickup time. If you do not see the vehicle within 5 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, call the customer support number on the confirmation voucher (local Chinese-speaking support) and provide them with your booking details.

Reference number, contact customer support to check the vehicle. Please ensure the correct dialing method is used. If you're unsure how to dial, you can ask the hotel staff for assistance.

The store staff will help you dial the number using your phone.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. Flying After Diving (Scuba Diving) Rules: A minimum surface interval of 12 hours is required after a single dive before flying or traveling to high-altitude areas; for multiple dives (2 or more dives in one day), an 18-hour surface interval is required. There are no special requirements for flying before diving.

2. If you want to book water activities separately (if available), you must first book a 1-day tour before making the reservation!

2. Please do not carry any unnecessary or valuable items. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the trip. In case of weather changes or emergencies, the captain and crew may adjust the itinerary for everyone's safety. Please cooperate with the captain's arrangements. If sailing is canceled due to force majeure such as rough seas, we will reschedule the trip for travelers. If sailing is impossible throughout the entire holiday period, a full refund will be provided.

3. As this product is highly popular, if the seats are fully booked after your order is placed, you can switch to another time slot, change the date, or request a refund.

4. If you encounter any issues with park entry while on-site, you can contact our local Chinese customer support.
