Although we couldn't go snorkeling at our originally booked spot due to the typhoon, the instructor was still very attentive and helpful. The booking staff also quickly resolved any questions we had, and everything went smoothly. It was fun and exciting! The banana boat ride was hilarious! ๐คฃ Hahaha, snorkeling was so much fun! The two-story speedboat ride was very comfortable. Thank you to the Taiwanese instructor for the excellent service! I was very happy. Thumbs up!โ

We had a fantastic go-karting experience with this company in Naha, Okinawa โ mainly because of their exceptional service. To be honest, we had the wrong driver's license with us, which was our own fault. The company could have simply refused us, but instead, they went above and beyond to help us: they explained exactly what we needed, helped us quickly obtain the correct license, and flexibly rescheduled our appointment for the afternoon โ all at no extra charge. The driving itself was fantastic: instead of the booked 60 minutes, we were out for 70. The track was exciting, the karts were in excellent condition, and the organization was professional and safe. As a bonus, we received a free photo and a great-edited video, which was later sent to us online. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience with a team that truly goes the extra mile to ensure their guests have a great time. Highly recommended.๎ฅ
