We went out on the water with Dalton. He's a very friendly and relaxed guy. He makes sure you feel comfortable going out on the water. He also gave us some useful information about the harbor. And we enjoyed tea from the kayak with a brownie.â

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away.
Note: this experience did not include a MÄori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.â

Our driver Deane was super friendly and shared a lot of information with us during the car rides. He made sure that everyone felt comfortable and had a good time. We were on time and did not need to rush. The tour through Hobbiton was amazing- We were guided by Ellen. It was quite hot outside and not much shade- All of us were very tired on the way back home to Auckland. Definitely bring sun lotion!îĽ
