1. Travel services include local guides and professional tour guides, with a daily service duration of approx. 8 hrs.
2. Business translation services cover all industries, and you can specify your industry in advance.
3. The exhibition translation service market operates based on exhibition schedules.
Medical translation is charged per time slot.
5. Exhibition representation:
Working hours: According to daily exhibition schedule
Work content: Pre-exhibition - Exhibition - Post-exhibition
Setting up booths, posting posters, exchanging business cards, reception, Internet connection, sample mailing or handling (charged as per actual service)
Important Notes:
1. For transportation expenses and admission ticket fees incurred due to the booking, guests must provide actual receipts for reimbursement, which will be calculated on-site.
2. Regarding interpreter meals: If the interpreter joins for lunch, no meal subsidy is required. Otherwise, provide the interpreter with a $30 meal allowance.
3. Explanation of medical interpretation time slots: If the total duration of a medical visit is 2–3 hours, it counts as one time slot. If the visit lasts a full day, it also counts as one time slot, with the same fee.
