Reviews: 1-day tour of Christ the Redeemer + Sugarloaf Mountain + Selarón Steps + Sambadrome in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

The tour guide was super nice, and the lunch was delicious, a barbecue buffet. The itinerary was very reasonable. My group was basically a private tour, with only four of us! Of course, the weather was very bad, which was a good thing because it was low season. I couldn't see anything about the Christ the Redeemer statue, and the Theron Steps were also very boring. The church itself was only worth visiting, and the Christ the Redeemer statue was worthwhile.

Priscylla was the best guide; you can tell she loves her job and she showed it in every story, in the way she treated us with affection, she was super fun, her Carioca songs in the van... and Gilmare at the wheel, taking care of every detail. It was a wonderful day 😘

What an amazing day we had at Tijuca Forest! Our tour guide, Eric, was incredibly knowledgeable and led the entire tour in English — which was especially helpful since there were 11 of us and I was the only Brazilian in the group. We learned so much and had a lot of fun exploring caves, swinging from cipó like Tarzan, spotting different animals, and enjoying beautiful waterfalls. We highly recommend this tour!!!
