How to use

Hot air balloon rides are subject to weather conditions. The pilot will determine whether the flight proceeds as scheduled the afternoon before, based on professional hot air balloon weather forecasts.

Please be sure to download our mobile app and enter your booking information (6-digit booking number and last name) to get flight updates.

After 6 PM the night before your flight, you'll receive an app notification confirming whether we can provide the flight based on weather conditions and the specific meeting time. You'll be able to fill out the flight safety agreement through the app the night before.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Change and cancellation policy:

If your flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you'll have 12 months to rebook or request a refund.
If your flight is canceled, breakfast will not be provided. You can rebook this flight + breakfast package.
If you wish to cancel or change your booked flight date, you must do so for free at least 7 days before the flight date. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the flight will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Flight cancellations or changes cannot be processed within 48 hours of the flight date.
