If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 8 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 95% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:59 PM on the day of date of use.
