First, you're picked up from the city bus station, then transferred to a larger bus. The journey took eight hours, with two restroom stops along the way. Upon arrival, you're transferred to smaller buses and taken to the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, explaining everything. We took a capsule for two; they're usually located downstairs, so there was plenty of room for us, but larger or taller people are better off taking separate capsules.β

The trip was excellent. The bus company representative sent me a WhatsApp message after booking and a scanned copy of my ticket. They also sent a reminder the day before departure. The bus was excellent and clean. We stopped at a cafe for a snack three hours after departure.β

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.β

A great way to travel from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. The driver was cheerful β he woke me up in the morning with cheerful songs π When I asked to stop for the restroom, he always found a spot β very responsive.β

My family and I traveled on a VIP sleeper bus (22 seats) from Da Nang to Nha Trang.
The bus was comfortable: a berth with a pillow and blanket, a privacy curtain, a TV, and air conditioning. They provided a bottle of water.
The manager was in touch before the trip. When I asked about the portable toilet, a staff member came over and showed my child where it was and how to use it.
We slept the entire way. The bus arrived ahead of schedule.
