Although we couldn't contact them by email, they picked us up at the hotel on time that day. It was great that we could go to the places we wanted to go according to our own plan! The guide was also kind, and we were able to communicate even with our poor English and Korean thanks to the translation device!

We were promptly meet by Mr. K every morning. He was an exceptional guide and showed us everything we wanted to see on Jeju Island. He went out of his way to insure we had a great time. The best photos of our trip were taken by him. He was able to get us to do some unique poses. If you want a memorable trip to Jeju island this is a must!

If you want to see a lot of places in one day, this is a good option. Even those with a basic level of English will find everything easy to understand. On the bus, the guide shared some interesting facts, joked around, and answered questions. We were mostly free to explore the locations. We enjoyed everything, thanks to our guide, Jay. Lunch was a Korean buffet, and it was delicious.

We had an absolutely fantastic trip yesterday! The whole experience was very well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned a lot about Jeju, the local culture, and the places we visited. The Lunch was also really good and made the experience even better. But the real highlight was our guide, Jeju-Mama Elin. She was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and incredibly passionate about Jeju. She made the whole trip feel personal and special.
