I recommend spending a day relaxing here. If you arrive early, it might be worth checking in and heading there to relax after your flight. There are plenty of pools with varying water temperatures, and several slides for kids (adults can have a blast, too). It's not exactly "Wow!", but it's still fun. There are plenty of lounge chairs so you don't have to rub butts with your neighbors (we were there on a Friday, though, and got chatting to another visitor. She said we were lucky; there weren't many people there). Our ticket included access to the water park, 20-minute mud and herbal baths, and a snack. We initially wanted a private bungalow, but then changed our minds. I didn't see any of the charms of a private enclosure; you'll go straight from there to the common area anyway. But they also offer body wraps and massages, so it's up to you; the difference is twofold. I also recommend stopping for a snack in the back part of the park, where the slides are. The snacks there aren't pizza or baked goods, but rather full meals. You can basically fill up with just the ticket.★

As soon as we left the airport, a staff member came out to meet us, so we took my parents straight through the dedicated line. My father passed through without stopping even once, and my mother exclaimed, "Oh my, I didn't know something like this existed!" haha.
I thought the regular line would take over 30 minutes, but we were done in just a few minutes. Seeing my parents' faces light up was the best part. I highly recommend this if you are traveling with your parents!★

Everything went great. I was met with a sign at the security checkpoint, shown through, and had my luggage picked up within 5 minutes. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at night. There were about 40 people in each line, not terrible. But I was already at the hotel 35 minutes after leaving the plane. I recommend it.
