What was supposed to be a regular sightseeing tour became incredibly memorable because of her. Her smile is infectious; she chatted and laughed throughout the trip, like a friend, and even recommended many places frequented by locals.
I heard that working as a tour guide is quite demanding, but she never showed any signs of fatigue in front of us, always full of energy. I sincerely hope that more people will see people who live life to the fullest like her. We'll definitely use her again next time! The driver was also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you so much!★

Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.★

Excellent! This is a very worthwhile trip to Wuzhen and Nan Xun Ancient Towns. Despite the rain for whole day, the tour guide did their best to guide us to visit the tourist spots. Dear tour guides, you did a great job! Very informative tour guides and great service from them. Note that it is a tour conducted in Chinese language, mainly to cater for Chinese tourists. So, do not expect translation. You can download transcriber apps to help. Note also the itinerary, lunch and audio set rental is not included in the trip. However, the extra expenses is very reasonable. Also, the cruise trip activity mentioned in the itinerary is actually a suggestion, it is not included in the trip. So you have to pay on your own for the boat cruise at Nan Xun. In overall, this is a perfect day tour I would suggest!★
