The package is for one person, so book one package per participant.

Photo selection time: Available immediately after shooting

Photo pickup time: approx. 1 day after selection (can be sent to you via WeChat or email)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Individual makeup sessions typically take about 1 hour, so please schedule your booking time accordingly.
Customers with sensitive skin or who are pregnant are advised to inform the store in advance or bring their own cosmetics.
The store offers limited free clothing storage, but please do not leave valuables in the store to avoid loss.
Please treat the selected clothing as your own and take good care of it! Minor stains will not incur additional cleaning fees, but compensation may be required for damage or loss depending on the situation.
During peak hours, you may need to wait in line. We appreciate your understanding.
For summer hanfu, we recommend wearing light-colored undergarments.
