1. [Method 1] After successful booking, you will need to register an account using the email address provided in your order to receive your tickets. [Method 2] Please bring the original passport corresponding to the name of the person who placed the order and arrive at the Sphere ticket office 60-90 minutes in advance. Ask the staff at the counter to print your paper ticket for entry.
2. If you have specific requirements regarding seating area or location, please contact customer service before placing your order. Orders without prior notice will be randomly assigned tickets, which are non-refundable and non-changeable after issuance.
3. Orders for 1-3 people will default to consecutive seats. If accompanying persons also require consecutive seats, please order together. Separate orders cannot guarantee consecutive seats, and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable after issuance.
(If the show time is close to the venue and there are no consecutive seats available in the selected area, tickets will be issued for empty seats, which may result in non-consecutive seats.)
4. Orders for 4 or more people will prioritize consecutive seats. If no consecutive seats are available, seats will be allocated separately. Please be aware of this.
5. In the event of official ticket sales sell out or show cancellations, rescheduling and refunds may be possible.
6. The Wizard of Oz at Sphere Las Vegas is recommended for ages 6 and up.
7. E-tickets are only available to independent travelers; group tour participants should not purchase them.

10. The Sphere ticket scanning system closes after the show begins. Entry is not possible regardless of ticket availability. Please do not be late.
11. Please note that Ticketmaster may require you to provide a phone number for SMS verification during registration. Please ensure you have a mobile number that can receive SMS verification codes.
12. Please note that e-tickets require login using a local US network at the Sphere entrance. Log in to your account on the official website and present the dynamic barcode/digital code on your mobile phone for scanning upon entry (screenshots are invalid). WIFI is available at the entrance of Sphere, but to be on the safe side, it is recommended to bring your own local SIM card/data card;
13. Please note that you must arrive 45 minutes before your reservation time. For example, if the time on your ticket is 5:00 PM, then guests can enter at 4:15 PM to participate in the interactive tour in the atrium. The movie show will start at 5:00 PM, and entry will not be allowed after 5:00 PM.
