Northeast China winter: Outdoor temps around -20°C (-4°F), indoor +25°C (77°F) with extreme temperature swings! Dressing tips: Moisture-wicking base layers, layered outerwear for adjustable warmth, and waterproof jackets/pants/boots (especially for kids playing in snow).

Parent-child outfit formula:

Tops (4–5 items): quick-dry shirt + thermal underwear + sweater/hoodie + down vest + knee-length down jacket (fill power 300g+)

Bottoms (3 items): Quick-dry pants/thermal leggings + fleece-lined pants/thermal pants + windproof/waterproof ski pants (preferably snow-resistant)

Footwear: Cotton/cashmere socks + heated insoles (for those sensitive to cold) + snow boots/insulated hiking shoes (one size larger than usual)

Accessories: Fleece-lined hat + scarf + gloves (2 pairs available - one waterproof pair for snow play and one fleece touchscreen pair for phone use) + ear muffs + thick mask (not disposable, windproof)

Electronic devices: Phones, cameras, power banks, etc. may shut down due to low temperatures during prolonged outdoor activities. Keep them in inner pockets close to your body.

Skincare products: toiletries, sunscreen, moisturizer, sunglasses (strong glare and UV rays in sunny snowfields, dry indoor heating, ensure sun protection and moisturizing)

Other essentials: Medications + snacks + ID card/small amount of cash + hand warmers (lifesaver for southerners) + thermos (for hot drinks & water-throwing ice tricks)
