1. This product requires double confirmation, with booking results provided within 24 hours at the latest. If your selected travel date is fully booked, we will promptly notify you to change the date or receive a full refund.
2. After booking, you will receive an itinerary confirmation (via email). Please carefully check the activity details, date, time, quantity, etc. For the activity, you will need to present the electronic confirmation or confirmation number at the designated point of departure to exchange for your boat ticket.
3. Age requirements for cruises, farms, and lunch/dinner: Infants aged 0–4 travel for free, children aged 5–15 pay child rates, and those aged 16+ pay adult rates. Children/infants must be booked and travel with an adult. If traveling with an infant aged 0–4, please note this when booking or inform customer support. Unticketed infants will not be permitted to board.

Horseback riding is available for participants aged 7+ who are at least 1.2m tall. Children aged 7–15 qualify for child pricing.
6. Please arrive at the check-in location at least 30 minutes early to account for possible traffic congestion and difficulty finding parking.
7. Recommended attire/items to bring: shoes/boots (non-slip), warm clothing/jacket, sunscreen/sunglasses.
