Seasickness prevention guide
Ensure you get plenty of rest before going out to sea and maintain a relaxed mindset during the trip.
It is recommended to apply motion sickness patches or take motion sickness medication 30 minutes before setting sail.
Try to avoid staying in cabins or enclosed spaces. We recommend choosing deck areas with open views and good ventilation. You can gaze at mountains or islands from afar, and apply essential balm as needed to relieve discomfort.
.
Booking Notice
The total number of passengers (including infants and children) cannot exceed the vehicle capacity.
Please contact customer support to confirm the sailing schedule before booking to avoid any impact on your trip.
If you make a booking without first confirming availability and there are no available slots upon receiving the booking, you can change the date for free or arrange for another boat of the same type.
The boarding time deviation must not exceed half an hour. Any time beyond this will be calculated as half an hour from the scheduled departure time.
If the pier is closed due to severe weather, you can change your booking for free or get a full refund. Cancellations due to personal reasons are non-refundable; however, under special circumstances with 5–7 days' prior notice, we can offer one free change.
