The driver contacted us the night before to confirm the departure time! He arrived early to help with our luggage and politely reminded us to fasten our seatbelts! Once everyone was ready, he explained the day trip itinerary, reminded us that we were approaching the attractions, clearly explained the ticket prices and meeting times, and even helped us buy the tickets! The driver was very polite and attentive, drove smoothly, and seemed energetic all day, making us feel very safe. The scenery was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the day trip. Thank you!

Highly recommend this shop's products! Reliable. The driver, Zaxi, was incredibly kind and guided us throughout our trip in Shangri-La. His service was impeccable; he introduced us to the sights and helped us experience the faith and customs of the Tibetan people. We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!

The first time I took the elderly to Lijiang and Shangri-La, the local air was very good. Although the temperature was cold and dry, the sun was warm during the day. The staff of the tour guide company contacted me with WeChat and introduced the tour guide Andy. He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.
