The service is so much better abroad! This price is great value for money, very good. Thumbs up to the tour guide! They didn't pressure tourists to buy anything! The scenery is absolutely beautiful!

The tour was excellent, as was the organization of the entire trip. Mr. Thanh was polite and attentive. The transportation to and from the port was very convenient and comfortable. The boat/vessel for the cruise was wonderful. The buffet had a wide selection of dishes. The boat cruise itself was amazing, despite a light rain. There was one issue with the transfer fee to and from the port. The description initially suggests a car transfer, you book the tour (without any information about the transfer option), and after booking, you discover that you need to arrange a transfer for an additional fee. This is not entirely accurate information in the tour description. Therefore, it would be a good idea to include a description of additional options. And despite minor misunderstandings, it did not spoil the good mood or the quality of the service provided. The trip was wonderful. We highly recommend it.

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

The most important thing to keep in mind when taking this cruise is that it's not really a cruise. The ship departs from the port and is anchored, and all excursions are on small motorboats. We took a three-day cruise, and it was the best choice. On the first day, we visited popular locations in Halong Bay: 1. Thi Top Island with its observation deck and beach, where we had a wonderful swim, and 2. Sung Sot Cave. On the second day, we transferred to another boat and went to Lan Ha Bay, where it was simply magnificent. There were fewer people. We had a wonderful kayaking trip to Luon Cave, and then swimming in the sea from the ship. We lounged on the deck chairs and sunbathed. The guides were wonderful, caring, and attentive both days. The crew took care of us constantly. The three of us also enjoyed the food; it was plentiful and varied. The only downside was that our cabin didn't have a balcony, but we had to live with it since there were no other three-person cabins available. The transfer was wonderful. This tour was excellent value for money.

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!


