Please contact customer support for ticket issuance. Reservations will be processed in order after the attraction resumes operations. Actual sailing time will be notified by customer support. If reservation fails due to unpredictable factors like sea conditions, both parties are exempt from liability and full refund will be issued.
Please provide a mobile number with international roaming service enabled or the same number linked to your WeChat account, so we can contact you promptly in case of any itinerary changes!
After successful booking, arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your assigned time slot with your passport to redeem the ticket. No refunds or changes will be accepted for cancellations, late arrivals, or missed time slots due to personal reasons.
Travelers prone to seasickness are advised to bring motion sickness medicine in advance.
If the cruise cannot proceed due to insufficient passengers, weather conditions, or other force majeure factors, both parties will be exempt from liability and a full refund will be issued. The specific arrangements are subject to the attraction's notification. Please note that last-minute notifications may occur and no compensation will be provided for resulting losses.
Delays or early returns due to weather conditions or unexpected circumstances that shorten the experience duration are normal occurrences. No refunds or changes can be made as weather conditions are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Note: Personal expenses and accident insurance are not included. Compensation is required for any damage to merchant items such as fishing gear on board or losses caused by items falling into the sea. Specific compensation standards are subject to the attraction's notification.
