Booking was very convenient, everything was clear, and after booking, they contacted us with instructions on canceling the ticket voucher. We arrived about an hour and a half before departure, checked in, and were given a nice table on the upper deck. The food was delicious, there was plenty of variety, and the route was great, making it easy to see almost all of Bangkok's sights from the river. My family and I were very pleased with the cruise. I recommend it.★

The ticket booth wasn't very obvious, and the queue to enter was extremely long. The food was decent; I ate a lot of Thai shrimp. Drinks were extra, and I was given a bad attitude when I asked a waiter for water. There were singing performances along the way, which was a shame as there wasn't any information about the scenery.★

We loved the cruise! There was plenty of food for us, everything was delicious, the cruise lasted about two hours, and there was a host who also sang. Overall, it was a positive experience, especially for the price.★
