07:00 Meet at the All Seasons Hotel (Yanji Municipal Government Branch)
Then, we'll drive to Hunchun Quanhe Port (entrance fee not included, check-in fee is free, but crossing the bridge is at your own expense). It's 51 kilometers from Rajin, North Korea, and across from the Wonjeong Port, a crucial gateway to North Korea's economic and trade zones.
Then go to Yangguanping Embankment (no entry)
There is a barbed wire fence on the left side of the road, and Russia is on the other side of the barbed wire; on the right side of the road is the Tumen River, and North Korea is on the other side of the river. It is a highway on the land side north of the Tumen River embankment.
Next, head to Fangchuan Scenic Area and see the Three Kingdoms at a Glance
Known as the "First Village of the East," the Fangchuan Scenic Area lies at the junction of China, Russia, and North Korea, marking the geographical frontier for Jilin Province and even China towards Northeast Asia. Its most renowned attraction is the "Three Kingdoms at a Glance" attraction. Ascending the scenic area's Dragon and Tiger Pavilion Observation Deck, the majestic Tumen River flows beneath you, and the horizon offers a panoramic view of three distinct national landscapes. To the left lies the Russian town of Khasan, with its rolling hills and sparsely built structures; to the right, across the river, lies the North Korean city of Tumengang, with its clearly visible farmland and houses; and beneath you lies the vast expanse of Chinese land. This river, China's only waterway through the Sea of Japan, is inaccessible due to historical reasons. This scene evokes a unique sense of geography and a profound sense of historical vicissitudes, evoking the image of "three kingdoms at a glance, the barking of dogs startling three frontiers."
Then go to Oriental First Village
Oriental First Village, originally named Fangchuan Korean Folk Village, is located adjacent to the Fangchuan Scenic Area. This village is no ordinary hamlet; it's one of the earliest places in China where the sun rises, symbolizing both its geographical and cultural starting point. The village's architecture is distinctive, built in traditional Korean style. White-walled, blue-tiled houses with pointed eaves and corners are neatly arranged along the neat streets, imbued with a rich sense of folk customs. Here, you can experience the warm hospitality of the Korean people, learn about their unique folk culture, and sample authentic Korean delicacies such as rice cakes and kimchi. The village harmoniously coexists with the surrounding wetlands and forests, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. It's an ideal place to experience the authentic customs of the Korean people and capture unique photos.
Lunch time (meal included)
There are ten people at a table, with eight dishes and one soup. If there are less than ten people on that day, the amount will be reduced appropriately.
Then, take a bus to Tumen River Square and Tumen National Gate Scenic Area
Tumen River Square, located in Tumen City, is a landmark landscape plaza built along the Tumen River. It serves not only as a popular leisure and entertainment destination for residents but also as a prime viewing platform for tourists to experience the charm of the Tumen River and the unique charm of the China-North Korea border. The square is spacious and uncluttered, featuring symbolic sculptures and landscape features.
The Tumen National Gate Scenic Area is a key land crossing between China and North Korea, a symbol of Tumen City, and a hub for patriotic education. The scenic area's centerpiece is the majestic Tumen National Gate of the People's Republic of China. Atop the towering gate hangs the national emblem, and the powerful and awe-inspiring characters "Tumen, China" are prominently displayed, making it a must-see destination for visitors.
Then we will return to Yanji city by bus and disperse at the designated location
