The MyFirstPaella workshop was an amazing and authentic Spanish cooking experience! The hosts were friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable, explaining every step of paella preparation with passion and patience. We started introducing ourselves , learning how to make sangria , learning about fresh ingredients and Valencian culinary then cooked together in a relaxed, social atmosphere. The kitchen was well-organized and spotless, and the whole event felt both educational and fun 👏perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. The final paella was delicious and sharing it with the group (plus sangria and good conversation!) made it a highlight of my trip. This was a good trip. Our tour guide was Ferran and he delivered a bilingual tour in Spanish and English with ease, and was friendly and knowledgeable. We did the evening tour, which I would recommend as it finished with a beautiful sunset over the lake at Albufera with lots of ibis flying overhead.

The tour guide, Jorge, was amazing, he showed us serval birds and told us about the local wildlife. On the way to the national park he explained the history of the park/urban garden. Additionally, he explained why the 2024 floods were so devastating. I could not recommend this tour more.


