It has diverse terrain, with rolling hills, farmland, forests, and caves inland, while the coast features beaches, coral reefs, and several offshore islets. Chocolate Hills
Chocolate Hills is located in the center of Bohol Island in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines and is one of the island's iconic natural views. This area features thousands of cone-shaped hills of similar form spread across a vast area; they vary in height and size, creating a unique, rolling view. It is primarily composed of ancient marine limestone, which has gradually formed the current karst landscape through long-term weathering, erosion, and dissolution. The surface of the hills is mostly covered with herbaceous vegetation, which appears a vibrant green during the rainy season; in the dry season, the grass gradually turns brown, and the hills take on a brownish hue, resembling chocolate scattered across the land, which is how it got its name.Bohol Island · 15.8 km from Danao

Loboc River
The green Loboc River flows quietly through Bohol Island, with dense vegetation covering both banks. Deep in the riverside jungles lies the habitat of various mysterious animals. Such pristine tropical scenery inevitably brings the Amazon River to mind, which is perhaps why it has earned the title of the "Amazon of the East." Cruising the river is widely considered the best way to experience the charm of the Loboc River. Drifting along the quiet waters, you can enjoy the tropical rainforest scenery while observing the unique traditional houses on both banks and feeling the authentic local culture. Perhaps as you pass by, beautiful local girls are playing guitars, singing, and dancing on bamboo platforms by the river, while a mischievous child sits in a tall coconut tree on the bank, waving at you. The end of the boat trip is an indigenous village, where you can go ashore to watch performances like archery, jumping through fire hoops, and fire-eating. Most people who come here participate in a Loboc River cruise, which lasts about 1 hour. The boat departs from Loay Bridge in the southwest of Bohol Island and travels upstream to Busay Falls in the center of the island; this sightseeing route is particularly popular with tourists. The boat offers a hearty and authentic Filipino meal, where you can taste local delicacies such as fresh grouper, squid, and shrimp. During the cruise, local singers will play guitars and sing classic English songs on board, which is quite relaxing.Sevilla · 31.8 km from Danao

Loboc River Cruise is the best river cruise in the philippines. It's a complete package of entertainment, live music and dance and unlimited buffet foods to soothe both local and international tongue. 1000/10 although it got a bit pricey nowadays, I'd still recommend!

It is still far from Panglao Island. It takes more than 60 kilometers to drive a motorcycle one way, and it feels that one kilometer in foreign countries is much farther than one kilometer in a taxi. Chocolate Hill is a hilltop where you can see other hilltops, one after another. It can be regarded as a check-in spot.
