The ride was great, our assigned driver was punctual and even sent a message the night before our scheduled trip of 7am the ff day, this exceeded our expectations since the platform's info was we will be receiving a chat from the driver at 5am the day of the trip. Receiving the chat the night before was very assuring. We also consider this a commendable option to us since it was cheaper that sending our luggage that would cost at least P2,000 more with our currency. (Luggage delivery costs P7,000 plus for 2 luggages) It was very convenient and our ride was very smooth. The vehicle is in good condition, driving about 50,000 kilometers, clean and tidy. But when picking up the car only 1/3 of the fuel tank, the company stated that the amount of fuel is random, the same when picking up and returning the car can, in the end I filled up driving not much to send back most of the tank of fuel to return the car. Collision to the front panel requires compensation, the amount is the rental company offered, in cash compensation, can be claimed through trip.com insurance (not guaranteed success), but customer service reply is quite fast. Indonesia is actually not easy to drive and the locals have limited English skills, making it harder to coordinate an accident/conflict unless they are confident
Our driver was amazing. He sent a message and instructions and information for our and his convenience when we arrive at the airport. He was very polite and friendly. Did small talks and gave tips to us for our trip/itinerary. Proactively offered in helping us take our suitcase and a bery polite and warm goodbye after dropping us off at our hotel. Great experience considering it’s my first to have used this service.
The condition of the car was good, and the return process was smooth. Since it was an airport pickup and drop-off, I found it a bit more convenient to use. I received the car on the 3rd floor of the domestic terminal parking lot. It was easy to drive. However, I would advise against driving in Bali if you are not used to the narrow roads. I once hit a curb and got a flat tire while driving on a narrow street, so I hired a driver to get around after that.

This was probably one of the best rental car service I have received anywhere in the world. Service was 10/10 top notch , fast WhatsApp responds, perfect English , accommodating staff that’s what makes this rental company unique. Poor experience was initially they give me a very old and beaten car, can’t even go up the slope in a nearby shopping mall carpark. I immediately contacted the staff telling them that I can’t use this vehicle. Fortunately, they were receptive and swapped it for a newer model. Pickup and return at international airport carpark. return was abit difficult since is hard to find petrol station with oil(yes this was during the Bali oil crisis! All petrol station has no oil!) as it was sold out everywhere and you have to find the international carpark which was confusing. Ended up they charged me 600k extra upon return. 200k for 1 bar of fuel + 400k for under carriage damage due to scratch when we went up a ramp. Will definitely rent from them
