Things to do in Aba Prefecture

Honestly I could not recommend people to visit Jiuzhaigou more. It is literally the most beautiful place I have and will probably ever visit. Getting around the park is slightly confusing at first especially as a foreigner but you soon get the hang of it and makes getting around the park very easy. Also expect to do a lot of walking at the shuttle stops can be a bit far from the main sights but they have plenty of buses that mean you are never waiting longer than 5 minutes at the most popular spots and even less at less visited spots. I would recommend people to visit the left side in morning as the views here especially with the mist are breathtaking and do the right when the weather is at its best. Overall my visit was incredible and I will never forget this place

Fall colors are spectacular. Getting around—using buses and golf carts—is quite cumbersome and involves a lot of time spent waiting in line. The scenery is truly beautiful, but smoking really detracts from the experience; there should be a ban on smoking.

Beautiful place with bus shuttle services as well to bring you to different viewpoints. Definitely worth a visit!

The entire scenic area is easy and enjoyable. Upon entering, a bus takes you to the highest point, and you can slowly explore the area from there. There are bus stops at all the major attractions, so it's not strenuous and is perfect for taking elderly people on a trip. For those who want to hike, there are boardwalks where you can enjoy the scenery along the way. The snow-capped mountains and lakes are beautiful. Compared to Daocheng Yading, this place is less strenuous and offers great value for money.

Shenshuping is the best place to see pandas. It's not crowded, and there are lots of pandas, including Fu Bao and Xiao Qi Ji, as well as many other adorable pandas. There are also many panda cubs, all so cute! The environment here is also fantastic, a natural oxygen bar.

Autumn is best visited early, as the colorful forests at high altitudes have already faded. Good weather is essential for taking photos of the lakes. The colorful forests are still visible in the lower-altitude areas about 5 kilometers in from the scenic area entrance and the surrounding area.

Online ticketing is very convenient for the attractions along the Sichuan-Gannan Grand Loop! After taking the escalator up to the mountaintop for the view, I recommend walking down the wooden boardwalk for the rest of the journey. However, the parking lot for the escalator is quite far from the entrance! There's no shuttle bus either! Ultimately, we had to split up: one person went down the stairs to get the car, and the other walked down the boardwalk. The experience was just so-so!

The scenery is truly beautiful. The weather was great the day I went, so the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The lake, the flower-filled lake, and the ecological environment are simply amazing. There's a commercial street right outside with all sorts of food options, which is very convenient.

The scenic area is vast and beautiful, with unique mountains and rocks creating a stunning landscape. Climbing to the top offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, a truly magnificent sight. It's definitely worth a visit. The only drawback is the unreasonable crowd control system within the scenic area, resulting in excessively long waiting times.
