Absolutely amazing! I loved it so much. The hotel is picturesque at every turn, perfect for photos. There were plenty of dining and drinking options everywhere. Of course, it didn't quite suit a Chinese palate, but it was still decent; at least the food was clean. The all-inclusive food and drinks were definitely a plus. Don't expect too much from the drinks, though. They were mostly packaged beverages and instant coffee. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was delicious, and the non-alcoholic mojito was great – basically a lemon, mint, and sparkling water combo, perfect for summer. The service was top-notch. Everyone was very enthusiastic and never asked for tips. The hotel's coral and fish were so beautiful, there was no need to go out on a separate snorkeling trip. I regretted going on one; it was a waste of time and energy. The only downside is that it's too big! I was exhausted from all the walking.

The sea-view room offered a fantastic view. The beach staff were very friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish restaurant, which suited our taste well, but the Chinese restaurant was quite mediocre. While there aren't any dedicated diving spots, the beach and sea are beautiful, although the sand isn't very fine.

Stayed for two days, the overall cost performance is quite high, the sea is very blue, people are very relaxed... The room is equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China, the only problem is that the specific arrangement of the hotel is not clear enough, I asked proactively when I checked in, and they gave me a list of activities every day. I learned that dancing in the bar is free at night, but I was told that I would be charged for a glass of water. I asked and was told that it would be charged after 12 o'clock, but it was free before 12 o'clock. I didn't drink water in time when I went in, so I had to walk back thirsty at 12 o'clock? It's impossible for me to go dancing with cash in the middle of the night... At night, when you take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the Uber driver will not take you directly when accepting the order, and ask you to pay more offline. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel has a beautiful view and is primarily visited by German and Russian tourists. Overall, it's highly recommended. The staff were friendly and didn't actively ask for tips. We had plenty of $1 notes handy, which we happily gave to the front desk and guides. Pros: The hotel offers beautiful ocean views on both sides, including two swimming pools. The Grilled restaurant is right on the beach, with crystal-clear waters just outside the tables, and plenty of tropical fish swimming around. Cons: There's no natural beach; the hotel is surrounded by rocky cliffs. You can go to Arabia, a neighboring hotel with a similarly named resort, for a small, artificial beach with direct access to the water. The all-inclusive meals were average. The bedding was average quality, with a lot of pilling. Slippers were not provided in the room, so it's best to bring your own. Avoid using a Vodafone card; there's no 4G coverage at this hotel.

The hotel is a four or five star hotel. It is large and has all the necessary facilities. The hotel rooms have balconies. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available like most hotels. Shower gel is available, but shampoo is not. The buffets for three meals a day are quite rich and complete, but the taste is a matter of personal preference. The hotel also has parties at night, which is quite exciting. The overall accommodation experience of the hotel is still good.

We booked two family suites, each with two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. But we were not arranged in the same building. The room size is not large, and the facilities are old. The bathroom is also unremarkable. The resort is not small. After checking in at the entrance, there will be a battery car to the room. Parking is convenient. It has its own beach, a swimming pool, and there should be a water park, but it was very windy on the day we checked in, so we couldn't experience these facilities at all. The room rate includes dinner. We had dinner and we were full, but it was not good. We set off early in the morning, so we didn't experience breakfast. If you want to pack breakfast, you need to book it in advance with the front desk. The hotel is still a distance from the city, and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to drive. There is a store selling souvenirs and clothes at the entrance of the hotel. It looks large, but the price is expensive and the quality is average. In short, it is not meaningful to stay in a seaside resort on a windy day in January, and I didn't really experience the value of the resort. Fortunately, the cost performance is still relatively high, so it is worth recommending from this perspective.

GGuest UserDuring our family trip to Jungle Aqua Park, we were thrilled by the idea of staying in a resort that promised fun, relaxation, and plenty of activities with its all-inclusive offerings. Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured. The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids. - The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience. The Not-So-Good 1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included. Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions. 2. Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules! 3. Staff Attitude & Service Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front. - Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience. - More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety. - Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience. While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.

ФФилатовИванEverything is predictably clean, neat, nice guys at the reception. Just keep in mind that the pools, in my opinion, are heated only by the sun - so the water in them was not higher than 24 degrees, neither in the children's nor in the adult. And you will have to accept right away that there will be only toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom, but these are all trifles. The staff tries, the territory is well-kept, the a la carte restaurants are modest. The food is good.

CCici & Daniel around the WorldPART 1! please, check on the other ones after for full review Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada – A 5-Star Resort That Feels Like 2 or 3 (depending on the topic). Before booking Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hurghada, we did our research—watched videos, checked reviews, and set our expectations accordingly. Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating. 1. The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations. You must stay at least five nights to even qualify for reservations; otherwise, the buffet is your only guaranteed option. But even if you meet the criteria, getting a reservation is a struggle, and once inside, you’re pushed to pay extra for items outside the package. The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge. 2. Facilities: Decent, But Not 5-Star Worthy ✔ The pool, beach area, and lounge are well-maintained. ✔ Bars are available all day, and staff work hard to keep areas clean. ✖ Some rooms show clear signs of neglect, making this feel nowhere near a true 5-star hotel. If this hotel were truly 5-star, there wouldn’t be visible maintenance issues, questionable service, and inconsistent quality across the board.

BBryce van de LaarThe Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

GGuest UserGreat location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a family of four, and our stay at SUNRISE Le Jardin exceeded every expectation. The hotel delivered excellence in all areas: food, service, cleanliness, activities, pools, and the beach. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovation work, we barely noticed anything. The entire experience felt seamless. The staff truly stood out. Every team member greeted us with a smile, was helpful, polite, and consistently professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay. Our children absolutely loved it. We have travelled to many countries, but this hotel in Hurghada clearly stands out when it comes to service level, activities, and the number of pools and facilities available. The beach was large and clean, the pools and waterpark offered plenty of variety and capacity, and everything felt safe and family-friendly. It is a place that perfectly suits small children, teenagers, and adults alike. Our room was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel impressed us especially with its day- and evening activities for both children and adults. There was always something fun to do, and the variation ensured that every day felt different. We will definitely return. In fact, we were already discussing our next trip before we even got back home. Our children truly did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
