The famous Vietnamese food for the common people, rice noodles, nicknamed &quot;lover&quot;, are not air-conditioned in all the rice noodle shops on the street. The shops are small and not ventilated. If I eat a bowl of boiling hot rice noodles, I will turn into a lotus flower emerging from the water.
