I found a new delicacy, Vietnamese traditional fried fish, a century-old restaurant in Vietnam, which only has one dish, which is traditional fried fish. It has such a high status in Vietnam that the government renamed the street where it is located as Fried Fish Road [naughty]. Although it is just one dish, it tastes very grand. There are chives, coriander, crushed peanuts, big shrimp-like things, and the most Vietnamese rice noodles. Add fried fish cubes and finally season with shrimp paste squeezed into lime. Although it looks a bit messy, it tastes amazing. When we went there, it was just after five o&#39;clock and no other guests came. We had reserved the place for the two of us.
