Pho Quynh

Pho Quynh recommended by Sihn Cafe! It is not in any tourist guide, and the shop is full of locals. They are wearing slippers and short sleeves, and some people are sitting and picking their toes. The atmosphere is strong! I ordered a bowl of special beef noodles and a bowl of Hue rice noodles. The beef soup is very sweet, the beef is very tender, and the mouth is full of gravy when you bite it. It's delicious! The small peppers are not what we usually see, they are bigger and not as beautiful as the small red peppers. But they are extremely spicy! It's so refreshing! ​

The specialty of this restaurant is the Big Mac beef balls that can feed four people. This one kilogram Big Mac beef meatball, which is 10 times larger than ordinary beef meatballs, is so impressive just when it is served! I was shocked by how big it is. Moreover, it is a very novel and interesting experience for everyone to share a beef ball filled with various fillings. 🥳🥳

The front is actually quite inconspicuous, it is a traditional Vietnamese snack shop on Pham Ngu Lao Street. Because it is right next to our hotel, we had a meal here. The menu is in English, and there are many kinds of pho for you to choose from. The taste is great. Generally speaking, most of the Vietnamese pho is great, but the side dishes are all raw, which may be unacceptable to some people.

This is also a Vietnamese pho restaurant, the methods of cooking are similar. There are many PHO restaurants. If you are tired of walking on Pham Ngu Lao Street, don’t look for PHO24/PHO2000. Just go to this one. The environment is not bad, the waiters are very enthusiastic, and the consumption is about 100,000 Vietnamese dong.

I personally think the Vietnamese Pho is very delicious. Although it is about ten dollars more expensive than other places, the portion and taste are very good. In particular, I actually tasted the braised beef flavored Pho here, which was also quite good.
