setting, a couple was celebrating their anniversary the night we went, great selection of wines and favourite dish the spring rolls and the papaya salad. The fried salmon main wasn’t as tasty as it could have been but all dish presentation was of high standards.

It's not easy to find a restaurant waiter who can speak English. We originally ordered a shrimp, but the waiter said that each dish would come with a bowl of rice and suggested that we cancel one. In the end, we ordered a coconut duck, a steamed fish, a squid and a signature dessert. They all tasted good. The wine was nothing special. It was much more expensive than the night market opposite JW Marriot. The restaurant environment was good and the service was also very good. Two cups of black tea were given at the end.

This is a restaurant located in the hotel. The service is very good, warm, patient and friendly. Most of the diners are Europeans. The cuisine is mainly Southeast Asian and tastes good. The waiter specially recommended dishes suitable for Chinese tastes.

Had a delicious lunch at essence restaurant. I liked the Vietnamese spring rolls and sugarcane shrimps. The spring rolls were fried and crispy. The filling was a delicious mixture of shrimp and pork. The shrimp meat of sugarcane shrimp is wrapped in sugarcane and eaten together, which is sweet and refreshing. The Vietnamese pancakes for dessert were also delicious.

The service in this restaurant is really great, they are all very friendly and smiling, and the dishes are very delicate and beautifully presented, which makes people's appetite increase. The most important thing is that the taste is also very good, very authentic Vietnamese food!
