The burger was really good but the sweet potato fries stole the show. They were probably the best sweet potato fries I have ever had in my life. The sauce on the side was delicious too. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I stop here because it was close to our hotel and the menu looked good. Pros:  Good location  Food was good that we got. Warm fireplace Cons: Looked at the menu and say a few strawberry type alcohol drinks. I don&apos;t drink alcohol so I asked for a strawberry lemonade. Was told by the waiter they only had regular lemonade. I asked can&apos;t they add some strawberry puree. He says No.. On the way out I stopped and asked the bartender if he could make a strawberry lemonade and he pauses for a second and says "yes, I can" So I told him to tell the waiter. I ordered the spaghetti and my wife ordered a small salad and chicken item. My spaghetti showed up at the same time as my wife&apos;s salad. We asked about her chicken meal and the food delivery person look strange at us. We asked our waiter where was her dinner and he said he brought her salad out first. I replied "the salad should have come out minutes after she ordered it and our 2 dinner meals should come together. (Fyi, just us and 1 other couple in the dining area.) So 10 mins pass and Im half way thur with my spaghetti and we ask again about her dinner meal. We could tell that the waiter forgot to put the order in. So more times passes and I walk over the waiter and say cancel her meal and walk back to our table. I shared my spaghetti with her. Which I did say was a Pro. After we are done eating the spaghetti, her meal appears. at our table. It was even more obvious that it was made last minute. When ordering a small salad with your dinner the waiter should bring it out before the main dinners. The waiter never took ownership or responsibility for his error. He never apologized or tried to make the situation better. Plus when I ordered my spaghetti dinner I ordered a side of bread. Which came in a short loaf. The butter knives could not cut it. Should have brought a sharp knife with the loaf of bread. It was a terrible customer experience with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY BY OUR SERVER MELVIS... His name is on the bill.

Food was okay. Service was very slow.  We were sitting outside so thought it was slow because it was busy inside. However when I went in to go the toilet, it was very quiet inside!

Slow service.

I would never go back to this restaurant. The service was terrible, the food was disappointing and our waitress argued with me.

50 dollars wasted

I work nearby so Thunder Burger seemed like a good place to try.  Food was meh unless you order burgers - which looked and smelled delicious.  I had a salad and my friend has the Pasta Alfredo - okay but not standout. Service was good and solid but not spectacular.  My biggest concern was the smell - not sure if it was from flooding of some type or the toilets (it didn&apos;t smell like a toilet but just kind of icky) - it wafted over us from time to time and made eating there kind of strange.  I hope it was just that one night but it definitely made me reluctant to go back.

Okay but just okay....

Not gluten free obseevant. We stopped in to ask if they had gluten free buns, the waitress said they did. We placed an order for three simple burgers to go for my kids - medium well, no garnish at all, gf bun. That’s it. We got to our hotel, opened the food and saw what appeared to be gluten buns and very overcooked, charred burgers. The ticket attached to the bag made no mention of gf and specified “well” on the burgers. I called and spoke to the girl who took our order, she said she had no idea if they used gf buns. I asked her to ask the kitchen; when she got back to the phone she said the kitchen didn’t know because they had lost the ticket. Funny, because everything else was semi-correct except for what she had input incorrectly and the ticket was attached to our bag. We had to throw away all of the burgers, which were about $50 total plus I tipped this girl. I am sure she wasn’t telling the truth but the whole thing was disheartening and caused such an issue to not have anything to give the kids for dinner.

Not for gluten free careful

Thunder Burger & Bar

This is one of the few small shops that I find amazing. There is a two-story building with a garden, yellow stone walls, colorful ceramic tiles, and the contrasting colors of the dining table, carpets, and pillows highlight the strong Moroccan style. The shop mainly sells light meals and afternoon tea.
