Huge lines during the day, but we went at 7 am on a Monday and were almost the only ones there. It was actually quite relaxing that way and we walked along Victoria Square in the early morning light with few tourists. I highly recommend! The beignets of course were great, and warm!

There are two things you must not miss when you come to New Orleans: oysters and jazz. Because it is close to the Gulf of Mexico, the oysters here are of very good quality, with a fresh, tender taste and no fishy smell.
