I was lucky enough to come and try it. The ingredients are very fresh, but I don't quite understand some of the cooking methods. It's obvious that the taste of the ingredients can be highlighted, but they gave a heavy side dish. Other than that, it's pretty good.

There is a great Japanese restaurant in downtown Las Vegas called Mizumi. The restaurant is of upper-middle class and the portions are huge.
We had a romantic dinner at Waterfall. First of all the service was amazing. The staff was so nice and attentive. The best service I have experienced in a while. The food tasted great. Must try the spicy tuna roll, it was divine.
There are many high-end restaurants in Wynn Resorts. Mizumi Teppan is one of the Japanese restaurants that I lingered on. Located by the lake, you can enjoy delicious and exquisite Japanese barbecue in the restaurant while experiencing the elegant atmosphere. Teppanyaki is a popular food here, and the professional chefs perform cooking, which makes the whole restaurant look beautiful.
The transportation is convenient, the taste is OK, the overall service is good, and the drinks are served very promptly!
