travelerererManchester is a relatively authentic Hunan restaurant. Of course, it has been modified according to the local taste, so it is not particularly spicy. But it just so happens that I have a sore throat and cannot eat spicy food. Instead, the spiciness is just right for my taste.

There are many restaurants in Manchester Chinatown, but this Hunan restaurant is really popular. Not only is the taste authentic, but even the chilies used are similar to those used in Hunan cuisine in China, which is rare!
You can tell how good the food is by the number of Chinese people that frequent the restaurant. We have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed, the quality of the food is always top notch, it is an authentic Chinese restaurant.
If you really like to try new things, you can order all kinds of weird dishes to eat in the hot pot. Although the decoration and environment are not the best in the street, the taste of the food can make up for it, and I don't care much about the appearance.
We ordered pork knuckle, spicy spare ribs, sizzling steak, and salt and pepper squid, all of which were delicious. I'd definitely go back next time to try some dishes I didn't try this time, as I'm a fan of spicy food. We don't really eat pork knuckle, so they created something new for us. I'll definitely be back to try some of their dishes.
