Neolokal is recognized by many as the best restaurant in Turkey, and I went there with great expectations. For me, I like two types of restaurants the most: traditional and authentic, or innovative. Neolokal gave me the feeling that it wanted to innovate, but it could not break away from traditional thinking, and the overall taste was average.
